Patient Coordinator
We are seeking an organized and empathetic Patient Coordinator to support international patients throughout their aesthetic journey. Responsibilities include managing pre- and post-surgery communications, coordinating schedules, guiding medical tourism logistics, and ensuring every patient receives a personalized and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Manage consultations and surgery timelines
- Support travel and accommodation logistics
- Act as liaison between patient and medical team
- Ensure medical forms and pre-op instructions are delivered clearly
- Follow up with patients post-procedure
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or medical tourism is preferred
- Friendly, calm, and empathetic demeanor
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools
